Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: November 4, 2026

OurBaby turns photos of two consenting adults into an imagined child — as a still portrait or as a five-second animated clip. Everything it produces is fictional. This page lists what you may and may not do with the tool. It applies to photos, images, videos and any text you submit.

Photos you may upload

  • Photos of yourself, or of a partner who has agreed to it.
  • Photos you took yourself or otherwise have the right to use.
  • Adult faces only — the tool is designed for two adults.

Photos you may not upload

  • Photos of children, or of anyone under 18.
  • Photos of public figures, celebrities or other people who have not consented.
  • Anything sexual, violent, hateful, or unlawful.
  • Photos you scraped or downloaded from someone else's account without permission.

How you may use the output

  • Keep it, print it, send it to family, post it on social media — personal use.
  • Label it as AI if the context could make someone think it is a real photograph or real footage.
  • Use it in an announcement, a baby shower screen, or a keepsake album.

How you may not use the output

  • Do not present an AI video as real footage of a real child.
  • Do not present it as a real medical ultrasound, scan or test result.
  • Do not use it to impersonate, defame, harass, or deceive anyone.
  • Do not sell the output as a photo or video of a real person, or run it as advertising for another service.
  • Do not attempt to strip, bypass or work around our safety filters.
